ELECROW 7 Inch Touchscreen Display

This 7 inch small LCD supports high resolution of 1024×600 and capacitive touch screen.

It upgrades to IPS screen with larger visible angle and more clear display effect.

It supports manual backlight control, backlight switch can be turn off to lower power consumption.

With capacitive touch control, plug and play, no driver needed.

Wide Application

When works with Raspberry Pi, supports Raspbian, Ubuntu, Kodi, Win10 IOT, single touch, free driver.

When work as a computer monitor, supports Windows 11/10/8/7, plug & play, 5 point touch, free driver.

When work as a general purpose HDMI-compatible monitor, touch function NOT available. Supports popular game consoles, compatible with XBOX, PS, Switch etc, plug & play, no touch.

Note: it’s recommended to use 5V3A or above power supply to ensure enough power.

When intended for Raspberry Pi 4, for the system after 2021-10-30, for example on Bullseye, please modify “dtoverlay = vc4-kms-v3d” to “dtoverlay = vc4-fkms-v3d” in the config file, otherwise it may fail to start. But on Buster, please comment out “dtoverlay = vc4-fkms-V3D” by adding #.

Hareware Description

HD interface: For connecting motherboard and LCD monitor for displaying.

Touch interface: For power supply and touch output, 2 same ports designed to prevent insufficient power supply when needs extra power.

Backlight switch: Controls the backlight turned on and off to save power.

Connected to RPI 4

Please connect to HDMI-0 port when intended for Raspberry Pi 4.

* When connecting to RPi 4, please power the screen with an external power supply, and then disconnect the external power after booting up the Pi to ensure that the touch function works properly.

Touch Function

To achieve display and touch at the same time, please use a USB data cable to connect the screen and the USB port of the main control device.

*The touch function can be used normally only if the screen is powered directly through the usb of the device. If the monitor is connected to an external power supply at the same time, the touch function is not available.
